For those who have never heard about Noah Cyrus,We will tell you who she is. Noah Cyrus is an 10 year old actress from Franklin,Tennessee. She started acing at a very young age and in 2008 she booked a small role in Disney Halloween movie "Mostly Ghostly". Noah is the youngest out of 5 children alongside her sister Miley Cyrus. Noah and her best friend, Emily Grace Reaves, who's also an actress made their own YouTube show called "The Noie & Ems Show".

Miley: Noah is so annoying because she is so smart. The other day i was like Hey Noah i like your hair and she goes Are you being Facetious?. Miley admitted to having to check the dictionary.
Miley: We kind of team up on my little sister when me and her (Brandi) are together. My mum gets really mad when we pick on her because my sister is 22 and I am 16 while Noah is just nine.
Miley: The best thing for me when I'm having a hard day is my little sister!
Miley: It makes me smile because she copies what i wear. The other day I had on an outfit and the next day she had on the exact same thing! I want her to copy me on the postive things I do as well.
